Here It is after much though an deliberation I have decided to make some major changes in my diet.As most of you know I'm am currently undergoing imunotherapy for nodular malignant melanoma.Which is why I haven't posted in such a long
time between my 3 surgeries and treatments I've been more than a little tired.Thank g-d I'm feeling really pretty good and have been back at work full time,& able to schedule my treatments & doctors appointments around my work schedule.And so happy to be back in the kitchen doing one of the thingss I love the most and I can't be more excited about the upcoming wedding of my youngest son Aryeh to Matla Rivenson on August 12 th .
I am now Gluten and Dairy free and not only am I feeling Much better but having a lot of fine tuning of my favorite recipes.I had a lot of fun this past week over the 9 days experimenting with new flavors and ingredients
My Shabbat menu this week is
Gluten free oat rolls and challah ,gluten free gefilte fish(the trick is buying kosher for pesach non-gebrochts)chicken soup Coqo" van,meatloaf roasted mixed potatoes ,red with white quinoa, eggs & onions ,schnitzel , Chulent with brown rice, corn salad,beet salad,cucumber salad,Tachina and oat blueberry muffin and for my guests dill rye bread & chocolate chip cake.
