I know it's been a few weeks since I've blogged,but things have been hectic.Work has been busy.I'm still taking my Zelboraf every 12 hours,and its still kicking my butt.The myalgias have even made it a little hard at work since most the pain has been in my hands switching from the right to the left but Motrin helps.The good news is I have gotten back on my treadmill.
I am really looking forward to this long weekend with my special company,(richard)and was even more excited to get back in the kitchen and cook and bake for Shabbat with great friends joining us for both meals .So here is my menu
Friday night;
Chicken soup assorted sours and home made tachina,roasted butternut squash,beet green,chicken pot pie,chicken catchitore with meatballs,zucchini onion kugel,roasted beets
Shabbat lunch;eggs and onions,sushi salad,assorted sours and baby green salad, soup,Israeli green beans,southwestern three bean salad,roasted chicken,broccoli,basmati rice,roasted beets.
I baked challah, gluten free-carrot cupcakes,pumpkin bread,&chocolate cookies
